What we do
Six services.
Done in the right week.
We sell six things, because six things is what an Anchorage lawn actually needs across a 130-day season. We don't bundle filler. Every service below ships with the calendar week it belongs to and the soil read that triggered it.

The work.
Anchorage zones, real treatments.
A working selection from the recent season. Each tile pairs the treatment window with the Anchorage zone we ran it in. We don't publish customer addresses or invented before/after photos.
Customer reviews
No public reviews
aggregated yet.
We don't carry quotes we can't source. Cardenas Landscaping Service hasn't yet aggregated public Google reviews for this listing, so the panel to the right is intentionally empty — not stocked with stand-ins.
If you've been a customer, leaving a Google review takes about a minute and helps the next homeowner make a sober choice. If you're evaluating us, ask for a soil-pH estimate — that's the real demonstration.
We'll fill this panel when public reviews exist — not before.
Credentials
Licensed.
Insured.
Soil-tested first.
Pesticide applicator licensing is a state requirement for commercial fertilization in Alaska. We don't skip it — and we don't bid jobs that ask us to.
- 01
AK pesticide applicator
State-licensed commercial applicator on every fertilization and weed-control visit.
- 02
$1M general liability
Insured for property and crew. Certificate available on request before any work begins.
- 03
Soil pH test included
Every estimate ships with a soil pH read. Programs are written from that number, not a template.
- 04
5-year program guarantee
Five-year fertilization program written and stuck to. Year-over-year tracking, not season-by-season guesswork.
- 05
Family-run
Family-owned local crew. No call center. The estimate-writer is the crew lead.
Where we run routes
The Anchorage Bowl,
corner to corner.
Standing routes inside the Bowl. Mat-Su Valley properties served on a premium routing surcharge when they fit a corridor. We don't take properties we can't mow on a real schedule.

Soil-pH estimate
Ask for the
soil read first.
Send the form, or call. Estimates ship with a soil pH read and the window-by-window calendar we'd run on your property — not a generic program quote.
