    We hit the yard the week after breakup — winter debris hauled, lawn dethatched, beds re-edged, perennials uncovered. The reset that decides what August looks like.

Cárdenas Landscaping is a family operation working out of South Anchorage. We came up doing this work for other crews — pre-7am starts, ten-hour days through August, plows in the dark all winter — and learned how AK lawns behave one calendar at a time.

In 2017 we ran our first solo route. The principle hasn't moved since: the same crew on every visit, the calendar told to you straight, the phone answered by a person who knows the address.

Spring through fall we mow, edge, prep, and haul. The other seven months we plow driveways and shovel walks for the same houses, so the relationship doesn't pause when the grass does.
